Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) personal account on the zc777f Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

When registering a zc777f account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. zc777f is not liable for any consequence arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Your responsibilities with respect to account security include:

• Selecting a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential at all times;

• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notifying zc777f's customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.

zc777f will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with account security requirements. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity directly results from a security breach on zc777f's systems.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name and from which you have previously made a deposit, unless an exception is approved by the zc777f Finance team following verification;

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zc777f Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the zc777f Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zc777f's aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement and your use of the Platform shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by you to your zc777f account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zc777f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether or not zc777f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zc777f does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers;
• Decisions you make regarding the placement of bets or the selection of games;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Interruptions to game sessions caused by third-party game provider issues.

zc777f reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any other policy published on the Platform;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity as described in Section 3;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to your account;
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is terminated for cause, zc777f reserves the right to void all pending and unsettled bets and to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to breach of this Agreement, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees shall be returned to the player using their registered payment method.

You may close your zc777f account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc777f holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent zc777f from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or restrain any breach of this Agreement.

zc777f reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — zc777f will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: prominent notification on the Platform homepage, email notification to your registered address, or in-account notification.

Your continued use of the zc777f Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent amendments took effect.

If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 12. Closing your account does not release you from any obligations or liabilities that arose under the Agreement prior to closure.
